Gaze into The Crystal Ball and see the world our rangatahi expect to inherit: their hopes, their concerns, and the lives they imagine themselves leading.
In 2018, we worked with a range of artists from Puhinui School, Papatoetoe Intermediate, Kedgley Intermediate, Papatoetoe East School and Papatoetoe West School, exploring what they thought the future would be like, what they were worried about, and what they hoped would be different. Working with artists Lakshman Anandanayagam and Suren Unka, these visions were then brought to life using sculpture, projection and light in this special pop-up installation.
